CME conducted a capacity building training for a Government Agency working with NGOs regulation in Uganda. The one-week training covered the areas of Customer care, performance management, records management and financial budgeting for the Public sector. Participants involved senior level and junior management teams and support staff.
- Consultancy services to conduct an E-Leadership and Supervisory Skills training for 22 middle-level managers for a Mental Health focused NGO in Uganda. The training was conducted online and the areas covered were; team building, effective leadership, effective delegation, effective supervisory skills, mentoring and coaching, management skills improvement, conflict management among others.
- Consultancy services to conduct a Board Governance training for Board of Directors for an NGO that works with young people living with HIV/AIDS.
- Consultancy services to conduct a Board Governance training for Board of Directors for an NGO that works towards rehabilitation of torture victims in Uganda.
- Conducted a capacity building training in the area of Team Building (indoor and outdoor team building) for a Government Agency that enforces equality for all.
- Conducted a capacity building training in the area of Team Building and Leadership for a senior Management Team of a Research Network.
- Conducted a capacity building training in the area of Team Building (indoor and outdoor team building) for a Law Firm in Kampala.
- Conducted a Governance workshop for the National Steering Committee of a Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights Alliance in Kampala.
- Conducted a Capacity Building Training in the area of Effective leadership and Management Skills Development for a disability NGO in Kampala.
- Capacity Building services for training of Board Members in Board Roles & functions, Conflict of Interest management, HR Planning, Managerial Skills, Resource Mobilization for a disability NGO in Uganda.
- Conducted a Board Governance training workshop for Board of Directors of a food and nutrition NGO in Kampala.
- Conducted a Capacity Building Training for National Union of Women with Disabilities in Uganda Board of Directors, Management and its 14 Disabled People’s Organizations
