Finance for Non Finance Managers

Rationale: The aim of this practical and participative course is to help participants analyze and improve the financial performance of the organization. The course uses cases studies and other rich material where participants learn and develop an appreciation for key financial documents like balance sheet, profit and loss and budgets.

Target Group: Top and Middle level Executives from Private Organizations, Government, Agencies, mostly without prior training in finance.
