Effective Motivation Skills

Course Rationale: Motivation is a critical aspect at a workplace which leads to the performance of the department and even the company. These skills or strategies elicit a desired behavior or response from a stake holder and they vary based on the motivators style and the target audience.

Target Group. Coordinators, Managers and Directors in Public and private sectors.

Course Objectives:

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Be able to know and identify what motivates staff
  • Know how people’s needs differ and how to motivate individually
  • Recognize the importance of a motivated staff

  • Maslow’s hierarchy of needs
  • Herzberg two factor theory
